Gill Cogan

Gill is a founding partner of Lightspeed Venture Partners and has more than 20 years of venture capital experience. Prior to joining Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners in 1990, Gill managed the West Coast venture capital operations of Adler & Company.

Gill has significant operating experience including his tenure as CEO of Formtek, Inc., a systems company acquired by Lockheed Corporation. Gill holds both a BS and MBA from UCLA.


Barry L. Cox

Mr. Cox has been a member of the board of directors of Softier since November 2004. Mr. Cox retired from active corporate management in August 2000 and since September 2000 has maintained a relationship with Lightspeed Venture Partners where he works with portfolio companies in all aspects of organizational development and strategy.

Mr. Cox was an active member of management and chairman of the board of Quantum Effect Devices (QEDI), a fabless semiconductor company from July 1998 until August 2000. QEDI held its initial public offering in January 2000 and was acquired by PMC Sierra in August 2000.

Mr. Cox has more than 35 years experience in the high technology industry. During this time, he has served as a member of the board of directors of eleven corporations where he has been involved in three IPO's, two secondary offerings and six mergers. Prior to QEDI, Mr. Cox held senior management positions in several corporations including Intel Corporation and Texas Instruments.

In addition to Softier, Mr. Cox is chairman of the board of Nova Measuring Instruments (NVMI), a publicly traded semiconductor equipment company and a member of the board of Summit Microelectronics, a privately held fabless semiconductor company.


Neil Cohen

Prior to Israel Seed Partners, Neil served as the business editor of The Jerusalem Post and was the founding editor of the Jerusalem Post Money Magazine. Neil served as a venture capital investment advisor at NM Rothschild & Sons in London for three years. He made a seed money investment in Biodar, a micro-encapsulation company that was subsequently acquired by Makhteshim-Agan(TASE:MAIN) . Neil co-invested with Jon in Accent Software (NASDAQ: ACNTF).

Mr. Cohen currently serves on the board of directors of Cyota, MobileAccess Networks, Topspin Medical and Ultrashape.
He holds an MA with first class honors from Oxford University


Eatamar Drory

Mr. Drory more than 18 years of experience as a technology leader with high tech companies, ranging from the areas of product conception through to deployment. He was among the first engineers at Comverse Technology where he developed voice mail systems based on revolutionary DSP technology. He has founded several hi-tech companies, among them: SleepTrace, which developed an ambulatory device for the analysis of medical sleep disorders; DSpeech, which developed a voice manipulation phone;  Rhetorex, a company that developed  the world's first open platform DSP- based telephony card. Mr.Drory also co-founded Mediagate in 1996 to develop a leading Internet/telephony unified messaging system. Mr. Drory holds multiple patents in computer telephony and communication.

Mr. Drory earned a BSEE Cum Laude from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa Israel and a MSEE from Santa Clara University.


Thomas P. Lantzsch

Thomas Lantzsch joined Softier as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in August 2005. He has been a senior business leader for over 20 years at both Fortune 100 companies and early stage startups, most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of StarCore, LLC in Austin, Texas. Previous to this position, he spent 13 years with Motorola as vice president of sales, marketing and operations in four countries. He began his career with Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Lantzsch has built a reputation for his ability to identify new opportunities for competitive advantage and developing strategies to capitalize upon them through the definition of new products, services, organizations or the technology. He frequently lectures on business strategy and trends at the McCombs School of Management at the University of Texas as well as at investor conferences and at industry events.

Mr. Lantzsch completed his BSEE at Michigan State University and holds a MS in finance from the University of Texas in Dallas.
