Softier's open and scalable platform allows seamless integration with partners and rapidly integrates suppliers of the different elements of the IPTV system, irrespective of the mix chosen by a particular telecom deployment. The company's global partnerships guarantee out-of-the-box interoperability and clear-cut integration in end-to-end IPTV deployments. Softier partners include:

Conditional access

The Verimatrix Content Authority System (VCAS) provides best of breed encryption and deploys a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in order to authenticate each system and device within a media delivery network. Each system and device is securely issued an X.509 digital certificate that is used to determine if the device is "known" to the other components of the network. If a hacker attempts to introduce unauthorized equipment (such as a STB or server), such an attempt will result in the hacker being identified (with no ability for the hacker to capture a movie.)
